1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AuraSEO ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

AuraSEO provides AI-powered SEO tools including website auditing, keyword research, content generation, and rank tracking. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with various plan tiers.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis.
  • All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
  • Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable except as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. AI Token Usage

Each subscription plan includes a defined number of AI tokens per billing cycle. Unused tokens do not roll over to the next cycle. Additional tokens can be purchased separately.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Scrape or misuse the platform in ways that harm performance
  • Generate spam or misleading content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the Service

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by AuraSEO and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

AuraSEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
