Cancellations & Refunds

1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
- Access to premium features will continue until the subscription end date.
- Your account data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation.
2. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- 7-Day Refund Window: If you cancel within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase and have not significantly used the Service (less than 20% of your AI token allocation), you are eligible for a full refund.
- Service Unavailability: If the Service experiences downtime exceeding 24 consecutive hours due to our fault, you may request a pro-rated refund for that period.
- Duplicate Charges: In case of accidental duplicate payments, a full refund of the duplicate amount will be issued.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- AI token credit purchases are non-refundable once tokens have been consumed.
- Subscriptions cancelled after 7 days of the billing cycle are not eligible for a refund.
- Renewals are non-refundable unless cancelled within 48 hours of the renewal charge.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team with:
- Your registered email address
- Razorpay payment / order ID
- Reason for the refund request
Refund requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days depending on your bank.
5. Plan Downgrades
If you downgrade your plan mid-cycle, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days of the current cycle.
